Why I Pray For Rain

My poem was read for ReadMeSpeakMe on Twitter this past week. It’s such a wonderful experience to hear others read my work. On Friday’s, the writer releases their version. I thought I’d share it with all of you. ‘Why I Pray For Rain’ is a poem I wrote several years ago, a personal favorite, and was one of my most read poems on various platforms. I hope you enjoy.
